Spicy Whipped Cottage Cheese Pickle Dip

A little twist on the popular pickle dip, Spicy Whipped Cottage Cheese Pickle Dip! I just love whipping up Old Home Foods cottage cheese into fun recipes like this. There’s just so much you can do with it! You would never know it’s even cottage cheese when devouring this snack.

This post is sponsored by Old Home Foods, but all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

Here’s what you need:

  • Old Home Foods Cottage Cheese
  • cream cheese
  • spices
  • pickles and pickle juice
  • hot sauce

The food processor is perfect for this recipe. It whips up the cottage cheese into a smooth and dip-able texture. It also ensures there are no lumps in your cream cheese. So much easier than stirring, and comes together super quick!

I used all dried herbs and spices, it’s a very “ranch seasoning packet” mixture so by all means if you have that you can certainly use it! I just think it get’s a little too salty with the sodium in the pre-packaged ranch on top of the cheese and pickles.

I tasted mine about 3-4 hours after making it and the flavors really do pop verses right after making. Highly recommend chilling the dip for at least a couple hours before serving. Serve along side your favorite crackers, bread, and veggies. Makes a killer burger topping too.
