Shortcut Chicken Caesar Wraps
These Shortcut Chicken Caesar Wraps (or some version of them) have been on my lunch rotation for a while now. Those pre-chopped salad kits make such great lunches. I’ve been adding in ingredients and turning them into new dishes, so yummy!
What’s in it?
All you need is one of those pre-made chopped Caesar salad kits that are found at most grocery stores. Mine came with the lettuce, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. You could simply just use that for your wrap OR add in some of your favorite mix-ins.
- leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken
- cherry tomatoes
- crispy onion strings
- tortillas
Avocado would be a great addition too! I used large flour tortillas, about 10-inches. The bigger the tortillas, the easier they are to tuck and wrap everything up. Keeping it low-carb? Just make a salad with the add-ins and enjoy!
Just mix everything up in a bowl, and you should be able to make four Shortcut Chicken Caesar Wraps. I highly recommend getting a nice crispy exterior by throwing on a flattop or grill pan. It only takes a couple minutes per side, but the insides stay nice a fresh. There’s nothing like biting into a crispy tortilla! YUM!
Try it with other bagged salad varieties, there are so many yummy ones out there now. They make great easy lunches!
If you’ve never bought crispy onion strings before, they are awesome in so many things! I find mine by the croutons and other salad fixings. They add such a savory crunch to salads, burgers, or sloppy joes! Hope you love these Shortcut Chicken Caesar Wraps!

Shortcut Chicken Caesar Wraps
Grab a bag of pre-mix salad, add a couple ingredients and wrap! The perfect quick and delicious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 bag pre-made Caesar chopped salad kit
- 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
- 1/2 cup crispy onion strings
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- 4 large tortillas warmed
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together (except tortillas). Divide salad mixture between the four tortillas. Roll tightly into wraps, folding in the sides so there are no openings.
-
Lightly spray a skillet or grill pan with non-stick cooking spray, and preheat over medium-high heat. Toast wraps for about 2 minutes per side to crisp the tortilla. Don't skip this part, it really makes the wrap! Enjoy immediately!
Recipe Notes
Avocado would be another great addition to this wrap. Try and use room temperature or cold chicken when adding to the salad to avoid soggy lettuce.
