Fresh Peach Sorbet

Move over ice cream…ok not really I love ice cream and it will always have a spot in my life, but this sorbet is a perfect cold, refreshing summer treat! It is SUPER easy to make…as in 4 ingredients easy, and by ingredients I mean pantry items you probably already have other than picking up some fresh ripe peaches.

Dump everything into a blender or food processor and you’re done…freeze and enjoy!

It would also be delicious as a float, just pour some ginger ale over the top for a bubbly treat! You could even make it a tasty alcoholic beverage with a little vodka soda for an adult slushy! Or…get crazy and make a champagne float for brunch, yes please!

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt

Instructions

Recipe Notes

I used 2 mini loaf pans to freeze in, each fit 2 cups perfectly!

Try making a float by scooping into a glass and pouring ginger ale over the top!

Add a little vodka soda when serving for an adult slushy! Or...if you're feeling real fancy, serve in some champagne flutes topped with some bubbly for a fun brunch cocktail!
