White Wine Lemon & Garlic Gnocchi

This White Wine Lemon & Garlic Gnocchi comes together in just 20 minutes! With the help of Le Sauce Gourmet Finishing Sauces this dish is perfect for a simple but elevated weeknight meal OR easy entertaining dish.

Gnocchi is the perfect pasta if you’re looking for a quick meal. It cooks in 2 minutes…and the sauce comes together in that same 2 minutes. SO quick and easy. I added frozen peas and roasted red bell peppers, but any veggies you have on hand would work great.

Having this Le Sauce packet on hand in the pantry is super convenient because it is so versatile. It elevates anything you’re cooking like grilled proteins, roasted veggies, and pastas. Check out their full line of finishing sauces here!

I just added my frozen peas and peppers to the sauce to warm through, spoon in the cooked gnocchi with a little extra pasta water, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and a garnish of parsley.

Serve it up in bowls and enjoy! You could certainly serve this with a protein like fish or chicken to make it go further, but is hearty enough for a main dish.

I’m looking forward to trying a couple of their other sauces like a Demi Glaze over grilled steaks, or their Roasted Poblano & Garlic, yum!

Add in any proteins or veggies that you like. Crumbled Italian sausage would be really good with spinach, zucchini, or any veggies you have on hand!
