Sweet and Sour Meatballs (Paleo, Whole30)
This is a remake of my original Sweet and Sour Meatballs recipe, only it’s Paleo/Whole30 compliant. If you’re not familiar it’s basically sugar free, grain free, dairy free. I use my All Purpose Meatballs recipe which has a Paleo/Whole30 version listed in the recipe notes. Just by swapping a few ingredients in my original recipe you’ve got a tasty family meal that you’d never know was free of grains, sugar, and soy!
Serve these up over some cauliflower rice! Delish!
