Baked Wonton Cups
I’ve been wanting to make these forever…I ALWAYS end up throwing my leftover wonton wrappers away after making cream cheese wontons or potstickers. Not anymore! These are SO easy and probably the cutest little guys around. You can literally put anything you want in them. So perfect for entertaining for appetizers, and would make for adorable baby or wedding shower goodies!
I used round wrappers that I had leftover from potstickers, but you could use square ones too.
Just a few minutes in the oven and you have gorgeous, adorable little cups to hold an endless variety of goodies!
Imagine all of the chicken salads you could have in these little guys, yum! Try my Apple Walnut Tuna Salad pictured here. Or my Dill Chicken Salad.
How about something sweet? Vanilla Greek yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey make for a beautiful, healthy, and tasty treat!
Or one of my favorites…Caesar salad, yum! Topped off with a shave of fresh parm, so good!
What are you waiting for, make these little guys already!
