Fiesta Ranch Salsa Dip
This dip recipe was whipped up in about two minutes after I realized I had all of these opened, half used ingredients for my Turkey Taco Burgers. I hate when I have half used opened ingredients in the pantry or fridge that just end up going bad and have to be thrown away, such a waste! This is a light and creamy salsa dip that is perfectly dippable with your favorite tortilla chips, to slather on that taco burger, or maybe even a quesadilla?! This could also be used as a veggie dip, spoon it over a baked potato, or toss over a taco salad, how about that for versatility! Yum!
Fiesta Ranch Salsa Dip & Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 jar salsa
- 1/2 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 lime juice of lime
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until well combined. Depending on your desired consistency, you can either add more yogurt/sour cream, or salsa.
-
Best if chilled for an hour before serving for flavors to combine. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to a week.
-
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or veggies, spread on a burger or sandwich, or top some taters!
Recipe Notes
If you are looking to add some extra spice, use a spicy salsa, or add a dash of cayenne or sriracha.
The lime juice is really optional, but if you're making this with the Turkey Taco Burgers then you have 1/2 a lime to use up!
Have some fresh herbs to use up? Chop up some cilantro or parsley for a fresh addition!
Best if made at least an hour before serving so that flavors can combine.
