Fresh Peach Sorbet

Servings 4 cups

  • 6 ripe peaches peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until fully pureed and smooth. Pour into a freezer friendly container and cover. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Best enjoyed within 4-6 days.

Recipe Notes

I used 2 mini loaf pans to freeze in, each fit 2 cups perfectly!

Try making a float by scooping into a glass and pouring ginger ale over the top!

Add a little vodka soda when servingĀ for an adult slushy! Or...if you're feeling real fancy, serve in some champagne flutes topped with some bubbly for a fun brunch cocktail!
