Honey Peanut Butter S'mores Bars

Everything you love about the campfire treat in bar form, SO easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Old Home Foods Honey Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 6 cups Golden Graham cereal
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips divided

Instructions

  1. In a large microwavable bowl, add butter and peanut butter, microwave for about 45 seconds. Stir in marshmallows and microwave for another 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Stir in cereal. Stir in MOST of the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.

  2. Spray a square 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. You can use a 9x13 for thinner bars. Press mixture firmly into greased pan. Sprinkle with remaining mini chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator until set. Cut into desired number of squares, enjoy!

Recipe Notes

I used a square pan for thicker bars. Use a 9x13-inch rectangle pan for thinner bars. Delicious served chilled, or room temp and gooey!
