Bring your broccoli to life with a little lemon and parm!
Preheat oven to 425°. I like to use the convection mode if your oven has it. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, and garlic salt. Toss to combine, and spread onto the baking pan in an even layer. Roast for about 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
Toss with fresh grated parmesan cheese while hot, toss in lemon zest, and a squeeze of half lemon juice. Season with black pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
