Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsps per lb Char Crust® Dry-rub seasoning
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
  • Carrots and celery for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to 350°. Gently pat the wings with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.

  2. If using more than one dry-rub, divide the wings into batches for however many dry-rubs you have. Place wings in large mixing bowl, and toss in dry-rub. For 8-10 wings I used about 2 tablespoons of dry rub, enough to generously coat the wings. Repeat with other dry-rub flavors if desired.

  3. Place all wings onto grill, keeping them close together. Grill in total for about 20 minutes, turning the wings every 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°.

  4. Serve with fresh veggies, and your favorite ranch or blue cheese. Wings are delicious on their own too!

Recipe Notes

Find the link to the dry rubs I used in the blog post. I used four different kinds and they were SO GOOD. Not overly salty, perfect flavors for wings but can be used on any protein.
