Blueberry Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, and blend for 1+ minutes or until smooth and fully blended. A regular blender can work, but may need more time to puree.

Recipe Notes

Any milk (dairy or non-dairy) product would work.
