If you would like more of a spicy burger you could add some cayenne pepper to the meat mixture, or top it off with some sriracha!
These heat up great for lunch the next day too!
This same recipe would work with ground beef or chicken if you prefer those over ground turkey.
If you are planning ahead and plan to make the Fiesta Ranch Salsa Dip, I would recommend making that earlier in the day, or even the night before. The flavors need time to combine for the best flavor results!
