A classic salad with chicken, apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts. Perfect in a wrap or lettuce cup for lunch!
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine. Taste for seasoning and adjust salt and pepper accordingly. Best served chilled after about 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
You can use red or green grapes, or both! Same with apples, just use whatever is your favorite. I recommend toasting your walnuts, it just adds a nice depth of flavor. I do this in a small skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
