In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir until well combined. If you like your salad with more dressing, add more Greek yogurt 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste for seasoning, adjust salt and pepper as needed. Serve on a salad, in a wrap or pita pocket, or scoop up with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
Can be served immediately, but best chilled for about an hour. Salad will keep in the refrigerator for a couple days, but it's best when fresh!
You could sub out onion powder if you do not have onion flakes, but you may want to use less (start with 1/4 tsp).
Any apple will work, I've only used Honeycrisp because they are my favorite and are sweet and crisp!
