In a small bowl combine cream cheese and pesto. In another small bowl drizzle diced tomatoes with balsamic glaze, stir to coat.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas. Arrange 3 slices of cooked bacon on each tortilla. You could also chop the bacon and sprinkle. Arrange arugula over bacon, and scatter with balsamic tomatoes.
Tightly wrap up the tortillas. Enjoy as a full wrap, serve cut in half, or slice into bite sized appetizer portions held together with toothpicks! Yum!
I use the balsamic glaze from Trader Joes but you can find it in most grocery stores now.
