BBQ Ranch Meatballs

Ingredients

For the meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch Dressing

For the sauce

  • 3/4 cup Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl gently mix all meatball ingredients until combined. Form into round meatballs, about 2-inches in diameter. Bake for 20 minutes.

  3. While meatballs are baking, combine the 3/4 cup Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch Dressing and 1/2 cup bbq sauce.

  4. When meatballs are done, remove from oven and turn the oven up to 375°. Baste meatballs with bbq ranch sauce. Reserve remaining sauce for serving. Bake basted meatballs for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with additional sauce.
