Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees
Season pork chops with BBQ seasoning or seasoned salt and black pepper.
Grill pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on size of chops and grill temperature. Baste each side as they cook with BBQ sauce. They cook fast!
Just before removing from the grill, top with a slice of your favorite cheese and allow to melt. If desired, toast slider buns on the grill as well.
To assemble, cut pork chops in half, and double stack on a toasted bun so that you have a double decker pork slider! Top with any toppings you wish. I love to top with crispy onion strings and creamy avocado!
Look for thin sliced chops in the fresh meat section of your grocery store. Ask the butcher if you can't find any, and they may slice some up for you!
The onion strings can be found by the salad toppings (dressing, croutons), or in my local store they are by the fresh produce along with some other salad toppings.
You can find slider buns in the regular bread isle these days. Otherwise bakery dollar buns work great, or even slider pretzel rolls!
